Grid Consulting
We focus our efforts on working with Clients to understand their unique project position and then apply our resources and knowledge to develop the project timeline through feasibility, pre-construction and construction phases. Our engagement, and relationships with network operators and industry allow us to tackle the full suite of challenges.
Operations & Maintenance
Our aim is to collaborate with owners, O&M providers and investors to support with technical support across power plant assets. We can support with provision of SAP support, maintenance tasks and end of life asset replacement.
Training
We regularly offer industry-relevant training programs and workshops. Our certified instructors have many years of experience with focus on electrical safe systems of work, maintenance best practices and assessment of private network Senior Authorised Persons.
Project Management
We concentrate our project management services in representing their interests to stakeholders such as ICP's, network operators and apparatus OEM. The service can incorporate tendering, design submissions, stakeholder management, programme management , procurement management and risk management. We can provide commissioning management as a separate service. We can provide a combined solution to represent as Owners Engineer.
Due Diligence
Service offerings extend to support Clients in all stages of project development. In the early stages we concentrate on review of grid offers, ICP quotes and programmes. In pre-construction we concentrate efforts on grid connection technical design assurance. During construction we focus on supporting apparatus procurement, factory testing and installation / commissioning activity.
Engineering Services
Our scope of engineering services extends to apparatus specifications, SLD, PLD, earthing, protection grading and power system studies. We utilise industry standard software packages and methodology as prescribed within International Standards.
Additionally, in certain circumstances, we can offer installation, test and commissioning services.
